This problem happens when Snaptube app tried multiple times to resolve the URL of a particular video but failed.

There are two possible reasons causing this problem:

  • The video you’re downloading doesn’t actually exist in its original site.
  • Click of this download task > click “Go to Website” to see if the video can play normally in its original video site. If yes, delete the current task and start again.
  • Restricted internet that limits Snaptube’s connection to this video: Test your internet connection. Reconnect or switch to another network and then restart this download task.
